These terms apply to the apps published by AI Techies ("we", "us"), including Sollaadal: Tamil Word Puzzle, and to purchases made on aitechies.in. By installing an app or buying from this website you agree to them.
Our apps
Our apps are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own. The apps, their puzzles, text, artwork and code remain our property. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute them.
Purchases on this website
On aitechies.in you can buy hint packs for Sollaadal. A hint pack is a digital code that adds the stated number of hints to the game once entered under Settings. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include all applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
After a successful payment the code is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address you entered. A code can be redeemed once, on one installation of the game, within 12 months of purchase. Keep it private: anyone who has the code can redeem it.
Purchases inside the apps
Purchases made inside an app are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms, including their refund policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use our apps or website to break the law, to interfere with other players, or to attempt to obtain codes or hints you have not paid for. We may suspend access for abuse.
Availability and changes
We work to keep our apps and this website available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, update or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that affect something you have paid for.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an app or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
