Cancellation and Refunds
Hint packs bought on aitechies.in are digital codes delivered immediately after payment, so they cannot be cancelled once delivered. If something went wrong, we will put it right.
When we refund
- You paid but received no code (not on the confirmation page and not by email, including spam) within 24 hours.
- The code does not work in the game and we cannot fix it.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
Write to [email protected] within 7 days of the payment with the Razorpay payment ID (from your receipt) and the email address you used. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
When we do not refund
Codes that have already been redeemed in the game, and change-of-mind requests after the code was delivered.
Purchases inside the apps
Purchases made inside an app through Google Play or the Apple App Store are refunded by those stores under their policies: Google Play → Order history → Request a refund; App Store → reportaproblem.apple.com. We can help you find the order if needed.
