Delivery Policy
We sell only digital goods: hint-pack codes for the Sollaadal game. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no delivery charges.
How delivery works
- As soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, the code appears on the confirmation page.
- The same code is emailed to the address you entered, normally within a few minutes.
- Enter the code in Sollaadal under Settings; the hints are added immediately.
If the code does not arrive
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there within 24 hours, write to [email protected] with the Razorpay payment ID and we will resend it or refund you (see our refund policy).
