AiGST — Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and AiTechies, Coimbatore, India ("we", "us"), for your use of the AiGST app and its related services ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use the service for a business, you accept them on that business's behalf and confirm you are allowed to.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate details when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has used it.
2. Free trial
Every new account starts with a free trial, currently 90 days, with full use of the service. We may change the length of the trial for accounts created later; a change never shortens a trial that has already started.
3. Plans and payment
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. The plans available and their prices are shown in the app.
- Payment is collected manually: you pay AiTechies by UPI or bank transfer using the details shown in the app, and we activate your plan once the payment is confirmed. A plan runs for the period it states, from activation or from the end of your current period if you renew early.
- We may change plan prices. A new price applies from your next renewal, never to a period you have already paid for.
- No refunds for partial periods. If you stop using the service or delete your account part-way through a paid period, the remainder of that period is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
4. When a trial or plan ends
If your trial or plan ends and is not renewed, your account becomes read-only: you can still open the app, see all your records, share invoices you have already issued and record payments you receive, but you cannot create or issue anything new until you renew. We never delete your data for non-payment. Renewing restores full use immediately.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the correctness of your invoices and of everything you enter, including GSTINs, tax rates, HSN/SAC codes, place of supply and amounts, and for issuing invoices that meet the law.
- You are responsible for your own GST returns and other tax filings. The app helps you prepare invoices and reports; it does not file anything on your behalf.
- AiTechies is not a tax adviser. Nothing in the app, including GST register lookups and suggested rates, is tax, legal or accounting advice. Check with a qualified professional where it matters.
- You must have the right to the information you enter about your clients, and use the service lawfully: not to send fraudulent invoices, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the service or other users.
6. Your data
Your records belong to you. We use them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. The service is provided "as is"
We work to keep the service available, accurate and secure, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude. We may need to pause the service for maintenance, and we may require you to update the app to keep using it. GST register information comes from a third party and from public records, and we cannot guarantee it is complete or current.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AiTechies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending the service
- You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. Deletion is permanent.
- We may lock or suspend your account if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or if we are required to by law. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first and give you the chance to put it right. A locked account remains readable, as described in section 4.
- If we ever stop offering the service altogether, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to take your records with you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
