Write from the email address you signed up with, so we can find your account straight away. Please never send us your password.
How to pay
Every new account starts with a free trial. To keep creating invoices after it ends, choose a plan; the plans and prices are shown in the app under Settings → Subscription.
- Pay the plan price by UPI or bank transfer, using the details shown in the app.
- Send the payment receipt or transaction reference to [email protected], along with the email address of your account.
- We activate your plan once the payment is confirmed. Reopen the app to see it.
If your trial or plan has ended, the app stays readable, your records are never deleted for non-payment, and full use returns as soon as your plan is active.
How to delete your account
In the app, open Settings → Delete account, enter your password and confirm. This permanently erases your account and everything in it: business profile, clients, products, invoices, payments, expenses and uploaded files. It cannot be undone, so download or share any invoices you need to keep first.
If you can no longer sign in to the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete the account. We will delete it and confirm when it is done. Everything listed above is erased; nothing is kept apart from a record that the deletion happened.
