CAP CRM — Terms of Use
CAP CRM is a work app for the staff of Coimbatore Auto Parts and CAP Cars (sales, supervisors, delivery and admin). AiTechies, Coimbatore, India builds and runs it for that business. These terms are the agreement between you and AiTechies for using the app. By signing in you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who can use CAP CRM
CAP CRM is not a public app. Only people working for or with Coimbatore Auto Parts and CAP Cars can use it, with an account the business's admin has created for them. There is no public sign-up. Your access and role (for example sales, supervisor or delivery) are set by that admin.
2. Your account
You sign in with the phone number registered by your admin. Keep your phone and sign-in safe and don't let anyone else use your account; you are responsible for what is done from it. Tell your admin straight away if your phone is lost or you think someone else has used your account.
3. Price
The app is free to download and use for its staff. It has no ads and no in-app purchases. Payments recorded in the app (cash, UPI, bank transfer, advances) are records of what a customer paid the business; the app does not take or move money.
4. Acceptable use
Use CAP CRM only for your work for the business: inquiries, quotes, sales, deliveries, restocks, reminders and team chat. Please don't:
- enter false sales, payments, discounts or delivery details;
- copy, export, share or sell customer names, phone numbers or business data outside the business;
- contact customers through the app's details for anything other than the business's work;
- post anything abusive, hateful, sexual or illegal in chat;
- try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the app, or reach data your role does not allow.
The business's admin or AiTechies may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
5. Customer and business data
The customer and sales information in CAP CRM belongs to Coimbatore Auto Parts and CAP Cars. AiTechies stores and processes it only to run the app for that business. Messages, photos, voice notes and files you add in chat are kept as part of the business's records. Handle customer details with care and only for the purpose they were given.
6. Availability
We work to keep CAP CRM running well, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. Features may change, and the app may sometimes be unavailable or ask you to update to a newer version before you continue.
7. Limitation of liability
As far as Indian law allows, AiTechies is not liable to app users for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or sales, arising from the use of CAP CRM. The service AiTechies provides to the business itself is covered by its own agreement with the business.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability, or any right you have, that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Ending your use
Your access ends when the business's admin removes your account or you stop working for the business. You may stop using the app at any time. To ask about your account or data, contact your admin or email us.
9. Google
These terms are between you and AiTechies. Google is not a party to them and is not responsible for CAP CRM or its support, but Google Play's own terms also apply to your download.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change this page and the effective date at the top. Using CAP CRM after that means you accept the updated terms.
