Delete your Sollaadal data
Sollaadal has no accounts. The only data we hold about you is the small anonymous record described in the privacy policy. You can delete what is on your phone yourself, and you can ask us to delete the record on our server.

Step 1: delete what is on your phone
Uninstall Sollaadal. This removes your progress, settings and the random installation ID stored on the phone. To stop notifications without uninstalling, turn them off in the game's settings or in your phone's settings.
Step 2: ask us to delete the record on our server
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Delete my Sollaadal data.
- Tell us about your install so we can find its record: the phone model and Android or iOS version, the approximate date you installed the game, and, if you bought hints, the Google Play order ID (it starts with GPA. and is in your Google Play receipt email).
- We will find the record, delete it, and reply to confirm. We aim to do this within 30 days of your email.
What we delete
- The installation record: the random installation ID, platform, app version, language, the chapter and stars summary, and the dates first and last opened.
- The notification (push) token and your notification settings.
- Any hint credits waiting for you that have not been claimed.
What we may keep, and for how long
If you bought hints, we keep the purchase record (the product, amount, date and order or transaction ID) for as long as Indian accounting and tax law requires us to keep financial records. It is kept without your installation record and is not used for anything else. Everything else listed above is deleted.
