Sollaadal Admin — Privacy Policy
Sollaadal Admin is a private control panel for the Sollaadal game, used by the administrators of AI Techies ("we", "us"). It is not meant for the general public: sign-in works only for email addresses we have approved. This policy explains what the app collects from administrators and what it shows them. What we collect from administrators
- Your email address and password to sign you in. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and stored only in hashed form; we never see it.
- Your actions. We record which administrator saved a configuration change, approved or rejected a purchase, or sent a notification, with the time, so that changes can be traced. Notifications we send are logged with their title, text, audience and delivery counts.
- On your device: the sign-in session and your language choice (Tamil or English).
What the app shows administrators
Totals and charts about the game's installs (platform, app version, language, chapter reached, whether notifications can be delivered), the list of hint purchases with the product, amount, order or transaction ID and the platform and version of the install, and the game's settings. These records are identified only by a random installation ID. They contain no player names, email addresses or phone numbers. Administrators must treat this information as confidential.
What we do not collect
The app does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking libraries.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase provides sign-in and hosts the database and server functions (servers in Mumbai, India). Supabase privacy policy
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers the notifications that administrators send to the game. Google privacy policy
- Netlify serves the web version of the panel and, like any web host, may log technical request data such as IP addresses. Netlify privacy policy
- Google Play distributes the Android app under its own policy.
Some of these providers may process data on servers outside India. We disclose information to anyone else only where the law requires it. We do not sell it.
How long we keep it, and how to delete it
We keep an administrator's account while they have access. When access ends, or on your request, we delete the account. Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account. Records of actions taken by an administrator may be kept in anonymised form, or for as long as the law requires accounting records.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections. Only approved email addresses can use the panel, and the database refuses the panel's requests from anyone else. Please use a strong, unique password and sign out on shared devices.
Your rights
Under the laws that apply to you, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, or raise a grievance. Write to [email protected].
Children
This app is for administrators and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the effective date above.
