Tamil Heroes is a game that teaches children aged 5 to 15 to read, write, hear and speak Tamil. It is built so that it does not need any of your data to work: it collects nothing.
Nothing. Tamil Heroes does not collect, store or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no name or email entry, no location, no contacts, no advertising identifiers, and no analytics or tracking libraries in the app.
Letters learned, stars, coins and settings are saved only on the device the game is installed on. They never leave the device and are removed when the app is uninstalled.
The game works fully offline and does not connect to any server of ours. The Unity engine declares the standard internet permission, but the app never sends or receives data.
The current version does not use the microphone or the camera and does not ask for permission to use them. If a future version adds speaking practice, it will be off by default, a parent will have to turn it on inside the app, and the child's voice will be checked on the device only — never recorded, stored or sent anywhere. This policy will be updated before such a feature is released.
Tamil Heroes contains no advertising and no paid random rewards. Any future purchases will be clearly priced and placed behind a parent check.
We do not share data with anyone, because we do not hold any. The app is built with the Unity game engine and distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store; those platforms may process standard install and crash information under their own policies:
Because the app collects no personal information, no personal information about children is ever obtained by us. Parents with questions can contact us at the address below.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new "last updated" date.
